Terms & Conditions.
- It is the responsibility of the client to supply the necessary materials for the project. Delay in providing the materials will impact the delivery of the final product.
- Project timelines are agreed upon payment.
- Nivmas reserves the right to use or reference the work in its portfolio and advertising materials.
- For urgent delivery, an expedition fee of 30% will be added to the total amount.
- Additional charges will apply to amendments made after as project is finalised.
- Nivmas reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms and condition herein at any time without notice.
Payment
For projects above RM 5000.00, a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be collected upon the submission of materials or design drafts for a required project. The balance of the 50% will be paid by the client when the project is completed and before it is handed over. For projects below RM 5000.00, full payment is required upon confirmation of service for project. For web maintenance projects, the remaining 50% shall be prorated monthly.
Limitation of Liability
Nivmas shall not be liable to the buyer for any pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise, in each case whether direct, indirect or consequential, or any claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with the Contract.
Cancellation
All payments made are Non-Refundable. Cancellation of any project can only be made within (3) working days of payment is subject to the management’s decision.
